Our dear little friend Therese of Lisieux made this card by hand while she was in the convent. She came from a family of artists; her sisters were by and large quite accomplished in painting and drawing, especially Celine, and Therese was good too, though she didn't do lots of it.

Her calligraphy on the front says, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!” The prayer we've paired with the front is to Therese, asking her to help make our hearts pure like hers., so hopefully we all see God come the day.
