Miraculous Medal Mary blue enamel vintage sterling silver Catholic pendant necklace. Good used condition with small signs of vintage wear. This pendant has two accented blue rhinestones on each side of the miraculous medal. Mary has a halo of light blue enamel around her. This enamel is in fair shape with little signs of wear. There is a small spot near the bottom right cartouche where the coating over the enamel appears thin or chipped. There is still blue color present. Comes with sterling silver chain. 

Acid tests positive for sterling silver. 

Necklace measures 16 inches long. 

Pendant measures 1 inch tall and 3/4ths of an inch wide.
